The Ivorian livestock farming community was buzzing with excitement on Saturday, July 26, 2025, during the grand finale of “Parlons Élevage”, the first reality TV show dedicated to promoting young entrepreneurs in the sector. Broadcast live on Rti 1, the finale captivated thousands of viewers across the country.

Initiated by the Nsi (Next Sustainable Initiatives) agency, this program combines entertainment, training, and the promotion of agricultural entrepreneurship. After several weeks of competition, marked by the implementation of bold projects and numerous challenges overcome, the curtain fell on a first season rich in excitement and innovation.

The final duel pitted Koné Pelardjou, accompanied by singer Yodé, against Monney Inès, coached by Siro, her musical partner. Two candidates, two worlds, two ambitious visions to revitalize a sector undergoing rapid change.

Koné Pelardjou stood out with a structured project focused on improving productivity in aquaculture, proposing concrete technical solutions to optimize the fish production chain in Côte d'Ivoire.

Opposite him, Monney Inès won over the audience with an integrated concept, ranging from chicken farming to processing and direct consumption in her own restaurant. Her approach emphasizes women's empowerment and local food self-sufficiency.

Koné Pelardjou, the winner, leaves with a check for 10 million CFA francs and technical support to develop his project on a large scale.

The enthusiasm generated by this edition marks a turning point in the perception of livestock farming professions in Côte d'Ivoire. Episode after episode, the program has highlighted the talents of young people, their spirit of innovation, and their commitment to sustainable agriculture with high added value.

The organizers praised the unwavering support of their partners, particularly the Ministry of Animal and Fisheries Resources (Mirah) and Radiodiffusion Télévision Ivoirienne (Rti), whose support was instrumental in raising the project to a professional level.

While we wait for the eagerly anticipated second season, “Parlons Élevage” is proving to be a promising tool for bringing forth a new generation of farmer-entrepreneurs who are proud to turn their passion into a driver of economic development.
